Looks like so much fun. Wish I could have gone, but I live too far away.

Thanks for the pictures. I hope you're feeling better now!

Laura

Wow what wonderful pictures! I wish i could have been there. It looks like sooo much fun! What a cool idea to have an apron contest. Also, I can't believe I am the first to comment! Haha, I make it sound like a race. Anyway, thanks for sharing and I can't wait to read A&H. :D :D

Jen

Yay! Congrats to your sister. I like her a lot because she is married to a high school friend and didn't shun me after I nearly choked when I found out you were sisters. Also she said my kids were cute, and that is of course very endearing.

Brooke

Thanks again for hosting such a fun book party, although I will admit that I thought Westworld was a pretty good movie. Then again, I haven't seen it since I was twelve and rather easy to impress. Pie & karaoke: always a winning combination!

L.T. Elliot

Your hubby has a great smile. He looks just as enraptured as the rest of the crowd, if not MORE! =]

Candi Criddle

Those are my kids in the aprons-Kaitlyn and Isaac. When I got them in the aprons they thought they should wear them all the time on account of the handy pockets for stretchy snakes and caterpillars.

I WAS THERE!!!!!! And I can see myself, third picture down. Brown hair and a visible neck by my brother in the hoodie! Anyways, I was really sad when I had to leave early because it was my brother's birthday and we had to go to Provo for dinner. We wore aprons and looked like idiots, but it was great to just experience a Shannon sighting! Hopefully I'll get to West Jordan. I hope you didn't notice us three leaving in middle of your talk. :)

Maribeth

Gah! If I knew Colin Firth (in an apron, even) was coming, I would have come! You need to inform us of these things Shannon. ;)

Shannon Morris

Thanks for the sweet stroll down memory lane. What a fun night that was. Thanks for (brain cramp) all the (AHHHH!) fantastic work you do. Sorry, my daughter is hovering relentlessly over my shoulder impatiently awaiting her turn on the computer. I am purposely typing very slow just to bother her. WAHH HAA HAA!!! When your little sweetie pie is 13, WATCH OUT!!!

Karalee

I totally wish I could have come. It was my birthday, and I really should have requested your party as my activity for the day. Alas, I did not. It looks like it was a total blast.

Chelsea

Looks like so much fun! You make me want to move to Utah...

Connie

We had so much fun singing with sister #3, you will have to tell her thanks for playing with us. You throw a great party, the drive from AZ was completely worth it!!!

Christen

Those pictures are great. I love the aprons and I so wish I could have been there! :D

Sara

I had such a fun time! It was so nice to meet you! I'm a huge fan of your books. They have really helped me get in to reading. I used to never read before, but now that I've read your books, I love to read now. They have all really help me open my mind!

Khanh

I'm glad that my first attempt at kareoke-ing is now pictured on the internet for posterity...The party was great. Pie was great. Too bad we had to leave before we could actually get our books signed!

Amy

How can you go wrong with Colin Firth in an apron and pie? It was a fabulous party!

Debbie

Those girls in that first picture are in my book club. I was so sad to miss this day but my car died in Park City on the way. Looks like a fabulous night full of the awesomeness that you are!

julie

oh that looks like a fun time :)

Katie-wa

Shannon, it's sad I don't know you and your fam. It seemed like I SHOULD know them, especially when I saw your mom and sister in that pic. It's just sad. I know! Celestial Kingdom. I'll hunt you down and we'll be best friends. (Along with our other best friends, too! ^_^)

Jenni Elyse

I wanted to come, but I had just got back from a long business trip and was a tad worn out. I'm sorry to have missed it. It looks like you had a ton of fun! Thanks for the pictures, especially the first one since I know those ladies personally. ;)

Danylle

Thanks for the picture of Colin Firth in an apron, I'm putting it right next to the one I have from me dressed up like Elizabeth Bennet from your Austenland Signing. Why do you need Colin to write you back when a cardboard version that lives up to your every imaginations.

Miss Erin

What a grand time! Wish I coulda been there. xo :)

Avery and the delicious Posie Nubbins

How fun! Thanks, Shannon, and I hope that this means that your cold is over. THe aprons were great, but nothing compare to my terry cloth/cotton partially shrunk apron that I made for home-ec. Thanks for the photos!

Emma H.

Hilarious!!!!!!!!!!!!

Angela

What an adorable little RAPUNZEL fan! :) She still talks about meeting you & Dean and wants me to read the "signs" in the front of the book before we get into the story! See you in Jan when JACK comes out!

Melanie

Aww, look at your husband looking at you! Any woman who is the recipient of gazes like that from the man she loves is a lucky woman indeed! (Cue video footage of Darcy watching Elizabeth at the piano...)

Danielle

Ahhh! Amazing pictures, and very cute aprons! :)
